- Provider, Bush Beans - Delicious! Wonderful to eat raw or cooked, great for canning and produce large amounts of beans.
- Royal Burgundy- A bush variety with beautiful purple pods! These beans are crisp, tender, and one of my favorites. They do turn green if you cook them, and the longer you cook them the greener they get.
- Dragon's Tongue- Just saying them name of these beans is fun! Dragon's Tongue is a Dutch variety of wax beans that have cream-colored pods with dark purple striations. These beans will lose their stripes when cooked.
- Gold Rush Bean- A wonderful variety I grew last year that made bean-eaters out of green bean haters. Gold Rush has a more subtle flavor than standard green beans, and it provides a lovely contrast to the more common green vegetables.
